HTML document තුල Link එකක් නිර්මාණය කිරීම සදහා
<a> tag   බාවිතා කරනු ලැබේ . href attribute මගින්  නියමිත ස්ථානය නැතහොත්  ගමනාන්තය පෙන්නුම් කරනු ලැබේන අතර target attribute  මගින් කුමන තැනකද  (එම ටැබ්යේද නැතිනම් නව ටැබ්යකද  )  open  විය යුත්තේ ද යන්න පෙන්නුම් කරනු ලැබේ
